Background
Most recently, Lee served as COO for MxV, parent company of The Focus Group and other enterprises. Previously, as CEO of Singing River Health System, he led a financial turnaround and helped establish the system as a Center of Excellence and regional leader in clinical quality as the only health system in the region to receive “A” ratings at three hospital facilities. Lee has also made notable contributions in the casino industry by using service as a differentiator, specifically at the IP Casino Resort and Grand Casino Biloxi. As a CPA since 1992, Lee has utilized his financial expertise in his leadership roles throughout his career.
Lee demonstrates unwavering commitment to his community, holding leadership positions in several coastal community organizations. He has earned recognition as an Outstanding Community Leader for South MS and Humanitarian of the Year.
Together with his wife Tammy, Lee co-owns Bond Trucking Inc. They have two children, age 23 and 20. Lee’s heritage includes being the great, great, great grandson of Fernando Upton Gautier, the founding settler and namesake of the City of Gautier while his great, great, great grandmother is a descendant of the Choctaw Pascagoula Indians for which the Singing River is named. Beyond his professional and community engagements, Lee finds fulfillment in training horses and working with classic cars.
