Dr. Blanchard joined Bienville Orthopaedics in June of 2024. Being a Louisiana native, he attended LSU in Baton Rouge where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended LSU in Shreveport for medical school followed by a move to Jackson, Mississippi. He completed both his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at UMMC. After completion of his medical training he moved to Texas and joined a private practice group where he continued to learn and grow as a Physician. He is extremely excited to return to Mississippi and provide exceptional care to the gulf coast.
While not working, Dr. Blanchard enjoys spending time with his wife, Annalisa and two children, Ava and Wes. They like spending time outside, fishing, going to the beach, and discovering all the delicious food the gulf coast has to offer.
